Account Executive

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Account Executive to work at our financial software client’s Miami, FL location. Position is a 12-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting Sales and Account Management teams with additional tools and processes to improve merchant engagement with the company and its products.
Act as the Account Management Point of Contact (POC) facing 20,000+ Southeast Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) looking over their order completion rate.
Review and follow up Merchant’s Sales Force (SFDC) support cases around different topics such as technical & operational problems, app problems, and renegotiations.
Conduct post sale follow up with recently closed stores.
