The Agriculture Market Reporter (Associate Editor, Rice) is a price reporter who conducts price discovery in, makes price assessments for, and writes news and analysis about the Asian rice market. The rice team assesses prices for and reports on all the major Asian origin markets, including Thailand, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. The rice team contains price reporters in London and Gurgaon who work closely together to produce daily, weekly and monthly publications.

Responsibilities: The Agriculture Market Reporter (Associate Editor, Rice) is responsible for every aspect of price reporting. This includes talking to market participants from all over the world in a highly international-facing role to collect market and pricing information. They must research and write news articles and analysis on major market events. They must publish price assessments and commentary about the market and contribute to methodology development.
