The lead editor works with senior stakeholders across S&P Global to ensure our news and research content meets the highest standards and is effective in protecting and helping to grow our business.
The Team: The successful applicant will play a leading role in a dynamic team of editors and designers across the globe who support content across S&P Global, with a particular focus on Market Intelligence news and research.
The Impact: The lead editor is responsible for updating guidelines to comply with regulations and for monitoring changes in the regulatory environment to ensure that our standards maintain their effectiveness. The lead editor works closely with internal stakeholders in legal, compliance and commercial.
The lead editor will provide guidance to colleagues on the implementation of standards. The ability to communicate complex issues clearly is essential to fulfilling this role successfully.
The lead editor will need to act decisively in the appraisal of content. In addition, the editor will edit and publish news and research content, primarily for the financial institutions space, with adherence to editorial and style guidelines.
