Director, Media and Policy Communications

The successful candidate for this role will have a track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed environment, as s/he will operate in close alignment with divisional and regional communications teams as needed, in addition to effectively collaborating across all Public Affairs functions and key stakeholders as appropriate to drive results. S/he will consistently demonstrate sound judgement under high-pressure situations and possess a keen understanding of communications best practices and emerging trends attuned to the policy landscape as well as the financial markets. S/he will be comfortable with managing direct reports as the team continues to grow over time. Experience in the public sector in Washington D.C. is strongly preferred.
