In this role, you are the primary responsible for One Saxo Call, one of the two major internal communications channels in the bank. One Saxo Call is a treasured live event within the organisation and is a crucial tool for Management in delivering information across regions. It aims to grow and nurture a common culture within the Saxo Group and provides transparency around the vision and mission of the Bank, and is hosted by our COO, CCO and CSXO who present the latest updates on commercial priorities, market activity, and milestones reached during the past week on the different strategic and commercial priorities. Since its introduction in May 2018, One Saxo Call has become an institution in our organisation. In addition of being responsible for One Saxo Call, you will also project manage key initiatives with Communications. These include helping to assure One Tone of Voice in external communications throughout the bank and keeping track of the many concurrent projects and initiatives anchored in the department.
