Operations Communications Manager

We are looking for an Employee Communications and Business Partner to run our communication strategy for the Operations function, supported by the central Comms team and a communications manager in Horsham. You'll be part of our Data and Business Management team, responsible for establishing communications for our Operations audience. You'll work closely with the wider team to ensure alignment between Operations and centralised communications. This is an exciting opportunity to develop, establish and implement our Operations strategy. With support from our central Comms team, you'll both create and repurpose communications to engage, inform, involve and educate our global audience and build the culture. You'll be advising stakeholders at all levels on best practice and the value of excellent internal communications, as well acting as an ambassador for the wider comms function.
