Science Writer

The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) is an international nonprofit scientific and educational organization. With over 10,000 members, made up of students, researchers, educators, and industry professionals, the ASBMB is one of the largest molecular life science societies in the world. The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) is seeking a Science Writer for its monthly print and digital magazine, ASBMB Today. The writer will be expected to craft profiles of researchers, thoroughly sourced and vetted investigations, character- and discovery-driven narratives that bring science to life, and timely news stories for print and online publication. Additional duties will include, but are not limited to, providing writing, editing, proofreading and support for various ASBMB projects.
