As the Manager, Communications & Planning you are responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of all Canada Collections communication strategies and tactical plans to support Canada Collection’s VP and their leadership team in their strategic communication efforts.

This role contributes to the overall success of Canada Collections through the management of multiple projects and communication channels. You will deliver these by working with internal partners, peers and external agencies when needed. Direct communication support such as speech writing and presentation development for leadership is provided as required.

As the Manager, you will also work to enhance communication both within the business and between other business lines in the Bank.
