Senior Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develops and manages effective corporate communication plans and materials.
Effectively manages internal communications with a focus on engagement.
Researches and writes promotional, product and industry-specific collateral, web content, blog/social media content, etc.
Works with contracted resources to direct design, creation and production of collateral for use by the field, brokers, policyholders and plan participants.
Ensures consistency of branding guidelines across all communication media, messaging and activities.
Assumes responsibility for adherence to the Company’s content management strategy by consistent review, assessment, revision and continuous improvement of internal and external facing content.
Coordinates the flow of content/communications vehicles to ensure they follow the prescribed review process for accuracy and compliance. Performs quality assurance of all communications through proofreading, etc.
Maintains marketing literature organization (document management) online and through internal and contracted warehousing/logistics partner.
Produces and distributes internal reports as needed.
