In this role, you will work with the Marketing Operations, Commercial, Product, and Segment Marketing teams, as well as cross-functionally with Technical Services, Applications, and Product Management to plan and create content for marketing campaigns, conferences, and technical or scientific updates.? Responsibilities include: - Creating innovative scientific content which resonates with customers through all media forms, including written long- and short-format content (such as application notes, case studies, 'how-to'-style guides, white papers, and flyers), web copy, blogs, infographics, videos, and webinars - Identifying scientific materials needed for customer recruitment and progress for applications within life science research - Planning, developing, and co-ordinating the delivery of multi-disciplinary and multi-channel marketing content for co-ordinated digital marketing campaigns? - Creating customer-facing marketing content that offers clear, concise best practice guidance that is both informative and engaging, including information on end-to-end workflows - from sample prep, to devices, to data analysis pipelines? - Repackaging customer presentations and publications from scientific journals, and interviewing customers, to create content demonstrating the latest research using nanopore technology? - Working as part of a cross-functional team to plan, develop, and produce content - Supporting messaging for marketing campaigns and conferences, maintaining a content calendar and producing content to defined deadlines? - Supporting marketing content requirements leading up to and during Oxford Nanopore events? - Working with external agencies to create supporting materials and design modern, on-brand layouts that communicate complex subjects with clarity? - Identifying opportunities and trends in content delivery in the market that may influence our strategy and approach? - Collaborating with legal and regulatory affairs for accurate and compliant content.
