Position pay range: $50 - $60 hourly
Are you an experienced Copywriter who can write clear and concise instructions? Would you like to partner with a world-class team of writers to improve our client’s experiences and products through the creation of thoughtful and innovative copy and content?
What you will be doing
Be the voice across our products.
Capture the informative essence of our brand and speak directly to our users
Help influence the brand and infuse creativity into the words we use to reach our audience
Apply and maintain consistency with the brand voice and our content standards.
Write in-product messaging and onboarding copy that people actually want to read.
Work cross functionally to unify the voice with words produced by other teams such as Brand Marketing, Engineering, Communications, and Customer Support.
Analyze the performance of copy across platforms.
Work with product marketers to refine messaging and extract benefits from lists of features.
Collaborate closely with designers to plan, write and improve copy for our products, including interaction flows, transactional emails, informative landing pages, user interface of products, app launches, and navigation language.
Write for usability and interaction while keeping user needs and project goals top of mind.
Share your work and provide feedback to teammates.
Skills you must have in order to be successful
Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
8-10 years of relevant experience
Expert understanding of writing mechanics and English Grammar.
Strong time management skills with minimum need for oversight and attention to details
Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Independent worker, responsible for finding, starting, managing, finishing his/her own projects.
Ability to organize individual work, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
