We are seeking a journalist with proven multimedia skills to join our award-winning editorial team to engage with and grow our brand audiences. This role will cultivate and effectively engage Clean Trucking brand’s audience and alternative power market coverage through a variety of channels. Create original, analytical content to become an authoritative voice and trusted source of information for this developing industry segment. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and stay at the forefront of emerging trends and issues in the industry.
This role will cultivate and effectively engage Clean Trucking brand’s audience and alternative power market coverage through a variety of channels. Create original, analytical content to become an authoritative voice and trusted source of information for this developing industry segment. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and stay at the forefront of emerging trends and issues in the industry.
Primary responsibilities include:
Create 3 pieces of original/analytical content per week to engage a specific segment of the brand's audience
Analyze performance of original/analytical content pieces to develop best practices on how and when to deploy content
Optimize articles for search engine indexing and page rank, including creating title tags, page descriptions, alt text, internal links, etc.
Meet or exceed assigned content performance goals
Create quarterly research projects/surveys of industry segment to support content and identify new trends and issues in the marketplace
Cover industry news
Attend industry events and trade shows to gather content ideas and build relationships
Assist or lead in organizing content for events

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $65,000/year - $80,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
