Senior Videographer & Editor

Salary: £32k - £35k dependent on experience.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Videographer to join our dynamic business where we specialise in social media, video creation and talent management.

Video has become the best way for communicating a company's messages on online platforms and as a Senior Videographer at our company, you will be responsible for capturing and producing exciting footage for our clients campaigns. Your position will play an important role in our company success and we aim for the staff who are successful in our first years to become those we build teams around and nurture to be leaders for us in the future.

You will be expected to:

· Work both in our office in Bedford and off-site on shoots

· Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video planning, recording and editing

· Work with our creative teammates

· Regularly collaborate with customers

· Work to ensure you deliver quality first time

· Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy

· Good time-management skills and willing to be flexible with travel, hours and overnight stays.

Candidates will ideally have:

· 3+ years of experience as video specialist

· Experience of using 4k cameras such as Sony SF7, FX3, FX6 etc, sound and lighting equipment

· Be proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Microsoft programs

· Be a Creative thinker possess the ability to edit to musical themes

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
