Silicon Valley Bank is at the intersection of innovation and capital as the bank of the world's most innovative companies and their investors. SVB’s vision is to become the digital-age commercial bank within three years, and Global Services is integral in making this happen. The newly created Global Services Workforce Culture team leads high-impact programs that support our Global Services workforce strategy and communications, including hiring, engagement, retention, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) objectives. The Marketing Communications Manager for GS Workforce Culture will lead marketing and communications on behalf of Global Services and the Chief Operating Officer. This role will develop the communications strategy and content for a wide breadth of programs, including GS DEI initiatives, Town Hall agendas, chat forums, and all other multi-media communications supporting the Global Services Chief Operation Officer and GS Workforce Evolution. Global Services Workforce Culture is a new team within SVB, so this role will have the opportunity to create and support initiatives that directly impact the people and culture within Global Services. The Marketing Communications Manager will achieve this by assisting in the development of internal communications that keep our employees informed, inspired, and connected to the transformative work taking place across our global organization. This person is responsible for creating and executing internal communications campaigns, including content creation, governance, and channel management and support. The role will also support the development of and reporting for communications and messaging from the Office of the COO, in partnership with the COO Chief of Staff, and work with other teams at SVB to promote the Office of the COO and Global Services.
