Siteimprove is looking to expand its global Brand Marketing team with a strategic Brand Copywriter. This role will play an integral part in the creation of copy solutions and editorial content for the entire organization, with special emphasis on customer-focused content projects. Our ideal candidate is eager to work on a wide range of tasks, including marketing collateral, interactive web experiences, event assets, video production, website copy, help center resources, customer outreach, blog posts, white papers, and everything in between. What You Will Be Doing
Creatively support and help develop and evolve the Siteimprove brand tone of voice, as well as help evolve brand standards for copy
Take product messaging and turn it into compelling content for our customers
Own customer-centric content marketing projects, including customer communications/outreach, help center resources, and more
Contribute content to the company blog, as well as special editorial projects such as reports and white papers
Collaborate with Design/Video teams to help write and produce compelling brand videos, advertisements, creative concepts, scripts, and other forms of brand storytelling
Work closely with Marketing teams to gather product information and communication objectives to effectively write copy for our product personas
Maintain consistency in voice and tone across projects
Follow evolving trends in the B2B marketing space and apply them to the team’s overall content strategy where appropriate
Peer review, fact-check, and edit content projects
Present creative work to team members and stakeholders, as well as other departments and external partners, for refinement and feedback
Bring proactive solutions with a critical but positive attitude
Pay strong attention to detail and process, with strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
What We Will Require Of You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required
At least 3-5 years of brand copywriting experience, ideally with an emphasis on customer experience or customer communications
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills or writing samples required with resume
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Can balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Productive, efficient work with a keen attention to detail
Strong writing, grammatical, and editing/proofreading skills
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects
Team-oriented demeanor with the ability to quickly build cross-functional relationships
B2B SaaS experience is a huge plus
Experience with analytics and SEO management tools is a huge plus
