The Social Media Community Manager is required to implement and integrate Old Mutual’s online community strategy via the various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.), managing engagement and interactivity with its audience and fostering community spirit by growing Old Mutual fan base on each of the relevant social media platforms. The role requirements are deadline driven and requires the management of both internal and external relationships. The successful incumbent should be prepared to work outside of core working hours and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced outcomes driven team.
