Photojournalist

The Daily Herald in Everett, Wash. has an opening for a full-time photojournalist to join its team in beautiful Snohomish County, located about 30 miles north of Seattle. Our newspaper focuses on community journalism and is looking for an applicant with a track record with in-depth local photojournalism. This is a 40-hour-a-week position shooting the full range of assignments: professional & high school sports, features, news and portraits. Most of all, we need an enterprising storyteller who loves spending time out in the community finding interesting people, places and situations. Our coverage area is Snohomish and Island counties so getting on the road and looking for your own stories with photos and videos is strongly encouraged.
