Sound Publishing, Inc. is looking for an experienced general assignment reporter for its Homer News publication in spectacular Homer, Alaska. The main function of a Reporter with the Homer News is to procure information and news in digital and print formats for multimedia products in an efficient and timely manner. In this role, you will acquire news through assignments, sources and tips. Breaking news should be organized and credible enough to publish directly to our websites when necessary. As part of a small news team working with other Alaska Sound Publishing Inc. publications, there is opportunity for advancement. This is a Full Time position, working 40 hours per week.
