Reporter, Banking

American Banker is seeking a Reporter to join our team covering credit union issues. Candidates will produce news and analytical stories for our multimedia content. This full-time position may be located in our New York or Washington, D.C. bureau or elsewhere. Candidates should have a minimum of three years reporting experience and preferably an understanding of banking and financial services. Essential skills include an ability to generate unique story ideas and provocative analysis for a sophisticated banking audience, write clearly on deadline and cooperate closely with editors and other colleagues in a fast-paced newsroom.
