Serves as the communications specialist for Retail Business Services and its clients, developing and implementing internal and external communications. Responsibilities include developing communications plans, strategies and tactics and partnering within the communications team, business partners and clients to execute them. This position plays a key role in building and protecting the Retail Business Services brand, managing the social media strategies for Retail Business Services and its clients and designing and executing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) communications plans and strategies, including partnering closely with company Business Resource Groups (BRG) and Culture in Action (CIA) teams. Duties span all aspects of internal and external communications, including business partnering, media relations, website and blog management, social media editorial calendar and channel management, internal channels management (intranet, email, publications) and managing assigned projects.
