Responsibilities:
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative and work self-directed in a variety of content development roles.
- Write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching, and writing skills.
- QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
- Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
- Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance.
- Establish a systematic tagging approach to content and deploy such across all content types.
- Prepare reports on project performance.
- Come up with process improvement initiatives and implement them.
- Develop storytelling initiatives around cultural spotlight moments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively to deliver results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.
