Sr Strategist Participant Communication

The Sr Strategist Participant Communication monitors resource requirements by assigning and trafficking incoming requests. Serves as a project manager for projects flowing through the Concierge Participant Communications Team. The role is a client-facing role that services existing client relationships within the participant communications team. Incumbent traffics all incoming work items and inquiries flowing through the participant communications team for the Large/Mega/Not-For-Profit (LMN) market. Assists Relationship Managers with creating and delivering, if needed, the participant communications strategy or custom communication needs.
