As part of the copy team you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring our brands to life across all customer touchpoints. You will play a key role with the rest of the creative team in developing engaging, high quality digital campaigns that help to maximize revenues, increase retention, and strengthen our brand in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Copywriting for both digital and offline marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, banner advertisements, site content, print and web-branded materials, and infographics.
- Supporting CRM initiatives with persuasive copy that motivates recipients to take action.
- Providing customized messaging strategies and copy based on defined customer segments, shared knowledge of user behavior, and best practice standards.
- Collaborating with creative team members, product managers, and business owners to determine concepts and copy direction of branding and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with creative team leaders to facilitate continued evolution of the brand voice and messaging across all media formats.
- Manage related design and development requests; help to proofread/test content prior to deployment/distribution.
- Communicate with internal groups to ensure that other departments (client support, executive teams) are fully aware of current marketing communications and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal resources to determine marketing needs and messages.
- Manage client communication approval processes to ensure communication meets business and compliance/legal objectives.
