The Marketing Communications Manager will assist with the development, delivery, and measurement of targeted integrated communications/PR strategies in support of brand objectives (e.g. sponsorships; advertising; social media campaigns). Employ a brand journalism approach to amplify the Truist brand and culture. Provides strategic counsel and media relations support for marketing campaigns, events, initiatives. Critical liaison between Corporate Communications and Marketing teams, as well as a collaborative partner with Digital, Client Experience, Client Analytics & Marketing and line of business teams. Proactive and reactive media relations support for enterprise, regional, and multicultural marketing campaigns. Develop internal communications content related to marketing campaigns or initiatives that drive teammate engagement with the brand. Partner with other Digital, Client Experience, Client Analytics & Marketing teams and corporate function teams to drive authentic employee advocacy that delivers a measurable impact to brand awareness, employee engagement, and business results.
