Social Media Specialist

This position is responsible for executing on Symetra's social media strategy to increase our brand awareness. The social media specialist is responsible for managing our daily presence on the various social media channels and consult with teams at Symetra about how to better utilize social. There are various behind the scenes activities that the social specialist is responsible for as well - managing our processes (i.e. customer service, monitoring) and reporting on social media activity, success.
