The Lead Manager, Public Relations, is responsible for leading, developing and implementing PR strategy for the Retirement Plan Services (RPS) and Individual Investor (II) business segments, ensuring that the PR or 'earned' part of the marketing mix is effectively promoting and aligned to the go-to-market offerings of these segments. The Lead Manager will serve as main PR adviser and service provider to the segments, helping ensure that, where appropriate, PR plays a vital role in both protecting and promoting the T. Rowe Price brand. Partners with social and advertising teams to ensure a holistic approach to our external communications in the market
