Headquartered in Santa Monica, we support the needs of our customers in Kenya, Mexico, Philippines, and India. As the Senior Communications Manager, your mission is to nurture and grow Tala’s corporate brand globally. You will craft compelling earned and owned media strategies to influence priority audiences including policymakers, industry influencers, and members of the media, both in the U.S. and across Tala’s four current markets (Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico, and India). To deliver on your strategies, you will partner with Tala’s internal teams and external agencies to direct media relations and external communications activities, leveraging Tala’s global executive team as brand messengers and thought leaders and working directly with Tala’s founder and CEO. You will also manage a robust metric and reporting program to regularly measure and communicate the success of corporate communications efforts across all stakeholders.
