We are seeking contract Talent Brand Content Writer who will support our Internal Communication, Brand, and Talent Acquisition teams in attracting, engaging, and onboarding new employee talent to the firm. Responsibilities:

Develop compelling copy suitable for a variety of formats and mediums that helps attract, engage, and onboard new employee talent to the firm and support the Talent Acquisition strategy
Create value-driven copy for public sites and digital company profiles (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) that will lead to heightened interest and job applications
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Creative and Talent Acquisition teams, to re-design and design new materials aligned to brand standards and characteristics
Ability to audit and review existing content and materials and form a point-of-view on content strengths, gaps, and opportunities
Review job description templates and make recommendations to update Company messaging
Regularly report on project updates and status summaries
Manage multiple projects concurrently with skillful prioritization and expert project management
Write additional brand-aligned copy, as necessary

Requirements:

Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with proven experience writing compelling copy and headlines in brand voice and tone
Strong familiarity with social media platform capabilities, trends, and best practices, as well as SEO content creation for career site tech platforms
The ability to think imaginatively to deliver campaign copy that engages, inspires, and delights target segments
Intellectual curiosity with the motivation and drive to create content that resonates with different audiences
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple time zones and business units to complete deliverables on schedule
Degree from an accredited university (English, Journalism, or Human Resources degree preferred; other degrees will be considered)

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in developing digital content for recruitment advertising and employment marketing preferred
Work experience in wealth management, independent broker-dealer space, investment banking
