Must have Teams / SharePoint / Visio experience.
Prior datacenter migration to hybrid cloud experience preferred.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordinating all IT projects and ensuring company resources are utilized appropriately, compiling project status reports and coordinating project schedules
• The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project meetings, identifying and resolving technical problems
• Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, requirements and deliverables through meetings with members of the organization
• Determine resources needed to reach objectives and accomplish these in an effective and efficient manner
• Coordinate project activities ensuring all project phases are documented appropriately
• Ensure all project documents are stored in the appropriate document repository
• Review project documentation, interview project teams and create surveys to assess end-user satisfaction
• Assist with the maintenance of agreed framework standards, including documentation standards/templates and process frameworks
• Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans to be shared with other members of the organization
• Communicate project updates on a consistent basis to various members of the organization and/or customers through routine status update meetings
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
