Technical Writer

Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking a Technical Writer to join the team on an ongoing basis! *You must be able to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Define which SOPs need to be written based on audit findings and global Policy/Procedures.

• Facilitate the creation of SOPs with stakeholders and tracking their progress.

• Review and provide feedback on SOPs ensuring they meet DI requirements and remediates audit findings.

• Support sites for global rollout and training of SOPs, as needed.

• Partner with sites to manage data integrity action plan and ensure timely closure of open items.

• Monitor the status/progress of their CSV efforts against audit findings, review audit documentation as necessary.

• Other actions necessary to facilitate completion of SOPs (arrange training in SumTotal, OpenText, update documents).

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience

• Knowledge of Data Integrity/GxP or GmP, data, and/or labs, lab equipment.

• Be able to provide word templates.

• Experienced with process flows and diagramming.

• JIRA experience is a plus!
