********Contract to Conversion Role************

We are seeking a part-time technical writer to work closely with our product and engineering teams to create:

* Technical docs for our product
* Introductions to key machine learning and graph concepts, as well as other technologies behind our product
* Usage guides and example walkthroughs
* Case studies and other technical-oriented marketing material

You will get to work alongside some of the best and brightest researchers and engineers at Kumo.ai. You’ll be directly involved in enabling all the users of our platform to be successful in using it on their own, to solve their key ML and predictive analytics problems.

We are looking for someone with a basic grasp of ML concepts, and prior experience in writing technical documentation and other customer onboarding materials for other enterprise SaaS applications.

The Value You'll Add

1+ years of experience in technical writing, software documentation, or technical writing experience (work for courses or university student organizations can count, but please be ready to share examples)
Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
Basic grasp of ML concepts Native written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Time management and organizational skills
Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Your Foundation:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
Experience with both print and digital media formats
An understanding of AI/ML technologies
