ABOUT STORYTELLING IN CONTENT MARKETING
Most articles on the web are dry remixes of other articles written primarily for search engines. For 99% of marketers, humans are just "traffic" for "funnels" for the sole purpose of "monetization."
Not only is that kind of thinking and writing demeaning to the people we serve, we find that it leads to mediocre client results and boring, uninspiring work.
While SEO has its place, great writing ensures that content enters the narratives people are already telling themselves and nudges them in the direction of the brand. It does this through the structure and limits unique to web pages and the contexts in which people experience them.
Writing in this way requires a blend of intelligence, artistry, science, craftsmanship, and storytelling expertise. Few possess the raw talent, and even fewer have the dedication or discipline to maintain copywriting excellence week after week, month after month.
Lastly, writing is a team sport. You have to be willing to work with editors, strategists, clients, and others as a piece comes together. You have to be willing to accept critical feedback and coaching, and get out of your own head, lest you grow stagnant and bland.

We're seeking an individual of exceptional caliber, who possesses a meticulous attention to detail and has experience crafting content for notable publications and/or renowned content platforms. As a content writer for our platform, not only should you be adept at producing high-quality written content, but you should also have a keen sense of shaping content narratives to engage and captivate readers. Your background should showcase a robust portfolio of written work, an understanding of content strategy, collaboration with editorial teams, and an ability to consistently produce content excellence at scale.

Step 2: If we think it could be a fit, we'll reply to ask for more information and/or schedule a short video call
Step 3: If both sides still feel good after step 2, there will be a series of short skills tests
Step 4: We'll schedule a lengthier interview to talk in more detail about our projects, processes, and culture as a team. If it seems like a fit, we'll assign you a test project (paid) to see how we work together. We may follow up the first project with a 2nd, more complex project.
Step 5: If we all like how it's going, we'll assign 5 to 15 hours per week and work up from there to fit your availability and preferences.
