We are seeking a highly motivated and talented PR Specialist to join our Global PR team for Level Infinite. The PR Specialist will work closely with the EMEA PR Director and be responsible for supporting daily workflow and project management within the team. Located across the globe, think of us as an internal agency that provides a mix of strategic counsel and hands on support to multiple internal and external stakeholders from development studios to regional publishing teams and senior executives. With requests coming at you from all angles you will need to be unflappable and juggle multiple projects.

The successful candidate will have prior in-house or agency experience and demonstrate a passion for gaming and a thorough understanding of the media landscape and the gaming ecosystem across PC, console and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

Assist Global PR team in managing day-to-day operations and workflow of the PR team.
Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
Support the team in project management, ensuring that all PR projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with regional teams & external agencies and manage any media inquiries.
Monitor, analyze and report on PR results as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Prior professional experience in PR or relevant internship experience is desired
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages or Chinese would be a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Strong passion for video game, preferably a gamer!
