Suburban/General Assignment Reporter

The Dallas Morning News is seeking a general assignment reporter to cover fast-growing Collin County, focusing on the topics and issues that matter to readers, including government accountability issues, neighborhoods and the people who live there, development and politics. Think of it as an opportunity to tell the most important and interesting stories about a community. Collaboration with the broader newsroom is critical as there will also be the opportunity to partner with others to tackle breaking and trending as well as strong enterprise stories that could touch on issues such as transportation in the suburbs.
