Headquartered in New York City, Guardian US, is an entirely digital operation that seeks to engage US readers by combining the Guardian's internationalist, online journalism with US voices and expertise. Guardian US is seeking a part-time editor to support its award-winning democracy and voting rights coverage. The ideal candidate has experience covering policy, elections and disenfranchised communities. Experience editing investigative or data stories - for example, based on census data and court documents - is a plus.
