Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

This role offers a suitable candidate the opportunity to join one of the world’s primary digital knowledge exchange platforms for academics, students and researchers, as well as practitioners, industry leaders and policymakers, with 10 million views annually. Blogs play an integral role in the LSE’s commitment to evidence-based social science and to raising public understandings of politics.

The post of Managing Editor for the British Politics and Policy blog is suitable for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience working in editorial and online communications, and a commitment to using social media and digital tools to disseminate research findings. The Managing Editor will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the blog, which will require technical skills as well as a deep understanding of UK politics and policy debates.
