Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with headquarters to align North American marketing initiatives and strategies with global vision
Organize, manage, and execute trade shows and events in North America
Define additional key events to showcase products, promote further visibility to target audiences.
Active placement of speakers at North American industry events
Develop, manage, and run marketing campaigns for North America across multiple platforms (mailing, social media, etc.)
Identify customer success stories and organize utilization by the PR team.
Work strategically and cohesively with NA Sales Team.
Gain knowledge of current market, market trends, landscape and its customer base in North America
Develop a growth strategy in current market and identify growth opportunities in untapped adjacent markets

Qualifications

>4 years’ experience in marketing and trade show organization (as exhibitor), broadcast or pro-audio markets related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication or Business a must, Advanced Degree a plus.
Budget experience, calculation reliability
High communication skills, technical affinity as well as organizational talent with hands-on mentality
Experience using Microsoft Office 365, social media platforms, Adobe CS, Jira (a plus)
Willingness to travel
