Key Responsibilities

Compose detailed and persuasive demand letters for a variety of personal injury cases.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to gather necessary information and understand case specifics.
Ensure that each letter accurately reflects the client’s damages and the impact of their injuries.
Stay current with legal requirements and standards related to personal injury demand letters.
Manage multiple cases with varying deadlines, maintaining quality and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in writing demand letters for personal injury cases, particularly car crash incidents.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong research and analytical skills to ensure comprehensive and factually accurate letters.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Prefer bilingual (Korean and English) but not required.
