What you will be doing
You will be a leader who is driven to help our audiences understand the various and wide-ranging facets of personal finance, whether that’s how to save money on household bills, find a mortgage, save money on groceries or demystify the investment world.
You will not only ensure The Money Edit is a powerful force in personal finance content, but you will have an eye on the future to ensure we keep up with the latest trends. Or even better, to create new trends, both in our content and as a wider business.
You will have a single-minded focus to help our award-winning team grow by coaching and guiding your writers to meet their objectives and to help your team develop their careers.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
A strong track record of driving growth in a fast-paced editorial environment, and team management background
Experience in producing great content and growing businesses you have been part of, with an ability to think qualitatively and strategically
A passion for helping your team develop their careers, and evidence you have succeeded in doing this in the past
Ability to analyse the intricate nature of financial products to be able to help users understand the best deals for them
Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) best practice and content management systems.
