Digital PR & Outreach Specialist

The Ascent team is looking for a Digital PR and Outreach Specialist with a passion for media relations and external outreach. This is a hybrid PR and SEO role. You will develop and execute a media placement content strategy and perform extensive outreach to journalists, media outlets, site managers and administrators via email, social media, phone, and carrier pigeon (cruelty-free). You will work closely with the SEO strategist and Editorial team to facilitate link acquisition and organic traffic-led campaigns by acquiring placements and citations across a variety of industries. Most importantly, you are an ego-free and entrepreneurial self-starter looking to ‘roll up your sleeves” and join a high-growth operation.
