Applicants should be team players interested in solving problems collaboratively and imagining new ways to tell stories. Candidates should be creative thinkers who thrive off brainstorming sessions and patient facilitators who can lead complex discussions into focused, actionable steps. This person must be organized and motivated to create documentation and best practices to guide the newsroom. This editor will be a key member of our team as we continue to equip the newsroom with new skills, tools and thinking. They will work with editors across NDS’s pods -- data, audiences, visuals and live.
