Graphics Editor, Opinion

The New York Times section is seeking a graphics journalist to join its Opinion department in the role of Graphics Editor. The Opinion Graphics team works independently from the newsroom to create visual arguments in all their forms. These are mostly data visualizations created through code, but also include visual essays, tap stories, interactives, static charts, and more. We report our own pieces, work with columnists, attend editorial board meetings, and partner with op-ed writers to turn ideas into compelling visual arguments. Our work appears on op-ed pages, in Sunday Review, and everyday online.
