Since the start, NYT Audio has been motivated by an ambition to use the form to its fullest in creating high-impact audio journalism and storytelling. That means a commitment to journalistic excellence at the same time that we push the form and innovate within the medium. The team has done that with The Daily - the first daily news podcast that began a revolution in the industry. And in the NYT shows that followed - shows like 1619, Jungle Prince, Rabbit Hole, Day X - we continued to seek out the most important stories of the moment and tell them in ways that uphold the editorial standards of The New York Times and are also artful. Now, we are looking for a Senior Producer to join a new team within NYT Audio and help us identify the most important stories of our time that can be told brilliantly in longer-form audio.
