This role encompasses system configuration activities, and will partner with other areas of the organization, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance and more, to effectively maintain the Workday system and processes. You will provide Workday system support and lead project efforts to include advanced system design and configuration, complex report design, data analysis and testing. As the Sr. HRIS Analyst you will have demonstrated hands-on advanced Workday configuration and report writing experience; this role will report to the HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a Workday subject matter expert with the ability to explain system configuration, data, and findings to a non-technical audience.
Develop and support Workday system functionality which includes system design, configuration, testing and implementation of new business enhancement requests
Assist with end-user documentation and/or training as needed; Ability to effectively lead presentations and training sessions
Excellent change management skills to implement both new and change request of system configuration to improve service delivery and streamline processes
Workday report writer (advanced reports & calc fields) and analytics experience
Use existing applications (Workday, PeopleSoft) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports.
Experience extracting, converting and loading data in and out of Workday; leveraging reporting and EIBs.
Participate in the semi-annual Workday system update process, implementation of new functionality and multiple HR/Payroll projects.
Lead projects as defined by leadership, which includes leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project deadlines
Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to develop configuration and reporting documentation, i.e., development specs, configuration timelines and testing plans to support any configuration and development work.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
