Newsletter Writer

The Sacramento Bee is looking for an innovative Newsletter Writer/Coach to execute our newsletter strategy — one that is focused on growing our email newsletter program to increase frequency and engagement across our news products while strengthening value for subscribers. The ideal candidate will leverage newsletters to both deliver and highlight The Bee’s service journalism, audience-focused content and narratives to key audiences. Our writer/coach will create and optimize our AM, subscriber only and niche newsletters (both writing and aggregating) while infusing customized, creative, out-of-the-box ideas to coach our region on respecting a reader’s inbox.
