The Sage Group’s client, The Leading Cloud Company in the world is searching for a part-time contract Creative Copywriter and visual storyteller with short form headline and tagline creation experience. The Global Comms Creative team is looking for a talented and experienced creative Copywriter and visual storyteller to join our highly cross-functional global creative team where you will inspire internal audiences by crafting program names, taglines, and helping to bring our customers programs/campaigns/stories to life through compelling and impactful copy. The ideal candidate has a passion for online marketing and creative storytelling. They have a knack for transforming the complex into simplicity. They love writing, and seeing their concise, powerful words come to life visually. Lastly and most of all, great candidates must have a passion for customer success and writing from our partners perspective.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Create compelling and impactful names, taglines and headlines for new programs, events, and video series.
● Create marketing campaign concept descriptions, taglines and headlines
● Interact with Art Directors, Senior Designers, Project Managers and key stakeholders as needed.
● Use stakeholder feedback to inform new messaging.
● Uses superior content skills across format (writing, presentation, etc.) and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of the company brand.
● Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
● 5+ years of experience in creative Copywriting and visual storytelling.
● Short form Headline, Tagline, Concept description experience
● The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
● Master storyteller with a proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
● Proven creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative "breakout" marketing ideas.
● High energy with the ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and drive copywriting projects with minimal guidance.
● Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or solve problems.
