One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Communications Specialist. Client’s mission is to simplify a business team's ground transportation and easily manage their work travel. Easily manage trips and billing with the client’s dashboard with automated expensing and replace shuttle services.

Talent Acquisition (TA) is looking for a communications expert to help us engage internal audiences through the creation of compelling content and messaging, brought to life across a variety of channels. For this interim role, you will be a member of the TA Leadership Team (12 global leaders). This role reports directly to the VP of TA.

A critical aspect of this role is partnering with leadership (both internal and external) to support TA efforts focused on employee engagement, effective communication, and inspired storytelling, change management and publicity, as well as leading the charge on project managing, operationalizing and building efficiencies in our communication processes as we unify client's Talent Acquisition brand globally.

What You'll Do:

Support change & communication strategies that enable TA to embrace and adopt process, organizational, and technology changes
Partner with TA leadership to execute strategies that communicate TA’s vision, priorities, updates and changes to the global organization and company.
Develop and create clear, creative and effective messaging and content to build knowledge, understanding and adoption (e.g. presentation decks, leadership alignment materials, talking points, videos, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive org-wide initiatives forward: TA Enablement, Employer Brand, Strategic Initiatives, Marketing, HR, Compensation, DEI, Legal, and Corporate Communication.
Support communication strategies that drive employee engagement, pride and other relevant objectives
Develop creative communication concepts to engage, inform and inspire global TA employees to feel connected to our shared goals, mission and values.
Help shape the internal perception of TA’s activities, business success and potential.
Events coordination - both in-person and virtual (executive leadership team visits, colleague gatherings, TA All Hands meetings, special events).
Manage operational activities for the team
Develop methodology, systems, tools, and resources to build efficiency and enable the smooth intake and execution of communication and change programs.
Help to improve and maintain internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, Slack).
Oversee project management tool (Asana), comms processes and global calendar of all content, events and key initiatives throughout the year.
Drive tracking and reporting of KPIs, success metrics against communication plan

Basic Qualifications :

5+ years of communications experience, preferably in a global company.
An excellent communicator: You are comfortable with public speaking to produce and host events and ensure messages reach a diverse audience. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive comms programs and initiatives forward.
Strong stakeholder management skills: You are a leader who effectively develops relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and brings different perspectives to the table.
You are able to advise and build trust across the org. You are not afraid to drive teams to deliver results, and you act with emotional intelligence and integrity.
An excellent writer and content creator: You are creative, self-motivated, and meticulous. You can quickly understand and articulate what we need employees to know, feel, and do; distill complex ideas into simple, honest and compelling communication; have an inclusive, global lenses; are proficient in traditional and digital comms channels.
Excellent project management and organizational skills: You are organized, detail oriented, nimble, and driven to set the standard and deliver excellent results. You have the ability to develop systems to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Duration: 11 months to start and contract to hire possibilities for the right candidate

Compensation: $45-49/hour
