News Assistant, Off Duty
The Wall Street Journal is looking for a news assistant to join our Off Duty section. You will take on a wide range of administrative and journalistic responsibilities in the digital and print production of content relating to food, design and travel, as well as assist our digital editor with digital publishing and social media. You will support a busy digital and print section with many moving parts, manage a regular flow of products in and out of the department, proofread, fact-check, edit recipes and more. Some experience in reporting and feature writing is required, and news assistants are encouraged to propose and write short features.
