News Researcher

The Wall Street Journal is seeking to hire a research professional. We're looking for a news hound who wants to be an integral part of big, competitive stories.

This person will work in partnership with a senior researcher to enhance the quality of news gathering through the use of online databases such as Accurint, TLO, Nexis, Factiva, PACER and Courtlink.

The ideal candidate also will have some familiarity with accessing public and private databases, including using spreadsheets, as well as social media to ferret out information. The qualified individual must be able to handle multiple and varied research assignments.
