The Wall Street Journal is looking for an enterprising reporter to cover private equity for its rapidly growing professional products team. The successful candidate should have the ability to produce high impact scoops as well as sophisticated analytical features for a professional audience. WSJ Pro Private Equity is one of the fastest-growing, yet controversial areas of the global capital markets. Ideally, we prefer someone with existing contacts in private equity, but will consider candidates who demonstrate an ability to build strong sourcing networks and break big scoops. We need a team player who can work with journalists across the company to create the best stories for our various platforms.
